Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SATElevate, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Description of Service
SATElevate provides an AI-powered adaptive learning platform for SAT preparation, specialized mentorship for global students, and tools for admissions strategy (including DASA/CIWG). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SATElevate or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the service for any illegal purpose. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission by us.
Limitation of Liability
SATElevate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific score increases.
